Lori’s Spooky Photoshoot | Colorado Portrait Photographer

The Halloween season is in full swing, and we are celebrating with Lori’s spooky photoshoot. We had fun shooting at a coffee shop and then heading to the woods for some witchy fun. At both locations, Lori had some stunning earrings from Lizzie Frost Gifts on Etsy. Lizzie Frost is a long time partner of Silva Stills and I love their work!! These earrings were perfectly seasonal, and a fun addition to her outfits. 

This was another opportunity to be really creative and develop a character. Lori was the perfect subject of this session, and really channeled all of the witch vibes. Her makeup really changed her look and helped her to get into character for our time together in the forest. I loved all the details in her look - the gold jewelry, black makeup, long black nails, and black dress. We used a lot of props during this shoot, and they helped us to get a lot of unique photos together. She was excellent at posing, especially with the way she utilized each of the props.
