Halloween Mini Sessions | Colorado Portrait Photographer

The spooky season is here!! And I am so excited for you to see these Halloween mini portrait sessions! Every year a lot of creativity goes into intricate and unique costuming and this is a great way to capture that. 

My husband Chris and I had such a great time dressing up as a werewolf and vampire with the help of our Silva Stills makeup artist, Angela. She really helped get us into character and did such a great job making Chris look like a hairy werewolf. The claws he wore really took this look over the top! We loved the attention to detail like the blood-stained vampire mouth and dark wolf nose. 

Luke and Whitney planned a costume change for their session! Whitney was a witch goddess and Luke chose to be a ghost and a Star Wars inspired headless horseman (you can check out their Star-Wars inspired engagement and wedding shoots here). The ghost was so easy to do and great for comedic relief! 

Angela helped us to turn Jill into a witch goddess, too. We used some great props for the witch goddesses, like the skull and flowers. Props are a great addition to a photo shoot and give you so many new posing options.
