Summer may be coming to an end, but I just can’t get enough of the gorgeous lake sessions I’ve been shooting the last few weeks! Andrea’s self-love photoshoot was the PERFECT end of summer vibe with a flowy white dress and boho felt hat. And the way the light reflects on the water, the natural surroundings, her smile and her gorgeous dark hair?? Sunning!! I love this place. (You might recognize the location from a previous blog)!

This was Andrea’s first photoshoot post having her first baby. (Andrea's instagram here!) I was honored she booked with me to feel like herself again and help gain her confidence back. Sometimes being able to see yourself through a different lens is the best thing you can do to rewire your thinking and start embracing who you are in this moment! To really keep the shoot focused on Andrea, we kept wardrobe simple and natural, with a boho twist (her dress is from this cute site!).

As a Colorado portrait photographer, I love seeing clients open up and really relax into the experience — you can see from Andrea’s smiles in the photos below that she definitely had a blast!! And who could blame her? Getting to get back in touch with your self and your body by setting aside time to get in nature and do something just for you? We love to see it!
